There are TWO main tasks to building a website for your bookkeeping business.
- The CONTENT
- The website DEVELOPMENT (actually building a site and putting it on the internet)
In the summer of 2020, I created a “course” to help people do both of those tasks and build a simple business website. I did not promote it very well and, truthfully, I’m probably not the best person to teach WordPress skills anyway.
So, the “course” is not available any longer…
BUT, I still wanted to share my ideas about the CONTENT of your site. This worksheet is my way to help simplify things so it doesn’t seem so overwhelming.
You can find other resources to teach you how to actually BUILD a website on the internet. Or hopefully whatever “Start A Bookkeeping Business Course” you paid for has a module on building a simple business website. The course that I personally took did so it made it easy (ish…web dev is tough no matter what) to implement building in WordPress (this is an affiliate link for that course if you want to check it out).
One other tip if you aren’t ready to build a business website.
